USB Debugging mode is used to communicate
Android device to the PC in comment mode, and it helps a lot for developers.
The USB debugging option is under Developer Option, and the Developer option is
always hidden in the Android devices. And the Developer option has lot of
specialized options and modes and which are commonly used by Developers. We
common people don’t need to interact.
For non-developers the USB Debugging is used to
connect Android device to PC for rooting, installing custom ROMS, reflash,
recover the Android device, etc. You should install proper ADB and Fastboot drivers on your Windows to communicate the PC with the Android device in
comment mode using ADB and Fastboot Commands.
Note that: USB debugging is a secure feature,
and it should be in switch-off mode. If you turned it on always your data can
be steal when you connect your Android device into any public charging place or
third-party PC. Even, they can push malware into your device when the device
is on USB Debugging mode.

Open Settings menu.
Select System option.
Select About Phone option.
Tab 7 times on the Build number, and a
message like “Developer mode has been enabled” will popup (if system asking
your phone password to confirm, enter password to open Developer option).
Return back to Settings menu main page.
Scroll down and find Developer option
and open it.
Now Scroll down and toggle on the USB
debugging Option.
This is the common method, and some brands may
have slightly difference in menu section.
