Editing Tips for your iPhone:
How to Insert Period:
After
completing a sentence, we place a period (a dot) and leave a space and then we
start the next sentence with first letter in capital. In iPhone keypad there is
a short cut to insert it and so you can type your text speedy.
- After completion on the sentence Double Tap on the Space bar will automatically a period and space.
Auto Numbering & Bullet:
Auto
Numbering & Bullet may useful when writing email or some content text. To start Auto
numbering follow the step
- Type Number 1 and then Double Tap on the Space bar will make Auto Numbering.
- To stop the Auto numbering after completing lost word tap two times the Enter.
To start Auto
Bullets, follow the step
- Type the Bullet symbol on the symbol page of the Keyboard and then Tap on Space bar will make Auto Bullets.
- To stop the Auto Bullet after completing lost word tap two times on the Enter Key.
To make Sub Numbering & Bullets, follow the step
- Just Drag the Numbering or bullet sentence towards right will make the sentence as sub numbered / bullet sentence.
Scan to PDF
on iPhone:
A very
useful inbuild feature, you can scan documents on your iPhone and save it as
PDF format and can share it.
- Open the Notes App
- Select New Note option
- On the upper side of the Keyboard you can see the Camera icon, tap on the camera icon.
- Now you can see the Scan Documents option, click to open it.
Now the
Camera will open and you can scan any document. If the Document fit properly
the camera will capture it, otherwise you need to manually click the capture
icon. There are options like Crop, Filter, Delete, Retake options if you click
the scanned document on bottom left side. After doing the above things (if
need) click the save option to save the scanned document as PDF. The PDF will
save on your iPhone’s Notes App, from there you can share the PDF wherever you
want.
How to use iPhone
Calculator App Backspace:
Your iPhone
Calculator App does not have a Backspace key. If you want to
delete the last one or two digits of the number typed on the Calculator, there
is no need to delete all numbers by pressing “C” option in the calculator.
- Just Swipe left to right or right to left on typed number displaying area of the Calculator to delete the last digit.

App:
Safari is
the powerful and simple default browser of iPhone, and almost everyone uses it on

To close all tabs
- Press and Hold Tabs icon placed bottom right side and a Pop-up menu will open. In that menu there are options to close all tabs, close this tab, new private tab, new tab. You can select close all tabs or other options that you need.
Reopen recently closed tab:
After closing
all tabs if you want to reopen one tab from the recently closed tabs
follow the step.
- Click the new Tabs icon placed bottom right side and then press and hold “+” icon for one or two seconds and now a “Recently Closed Tabs” menu will open. In this menu there will be displayed the recently closed web pages list, you can select which one to open.
Find a Keyword on a Web page:
To find
a Keyword which placed on a particular web page follow the step.
- On the web page in which you want to find a particular keyword, type the keyword on the top search box there will show some results. Scroll down and at last you can see “On This Page” and the keyword you typed. Click the keyword and you will be shown the keyword highlighted on the particular web page wherever it is.

Panorama Reverse mode:
By default,
the Panorama mode photos are able to taken from left to right, and you
can change the direction from right to left,
- In panorama mode on your iPhone, just tap on the small square size image showing area placed middle left it will change the direction from right to left. You can do it vice versa.
Capture Photo while Recording Video:
There is an
option to click photo while recording a video on iPhone.
- While you record a Video on your iPhone you can see a capture icon placed bottom left, simply press it to take a photo without disturbing the video footage.

Edit:
Enchantments:
There are punch
of wonderful enchantments to edit photo in your iPhone by default you
should try.
- Tap to select the photo to edit from the photos, click the edit option here you can find useful enchantments to edit photo.
Mirror / Flip the Photo:
To mirror
/ flip a photo in iPhone and also rotate the photo,
- In the edit section you can find the Crop option which placed third option on the middle bottom click to select it. Now you can crop photo by moving the edges of the photo. More fully, on the top left side you can find the options for mirror / flip the photo, rotate the photo. Using these options, you can flip / mirror the photo on your iPhone and also rotate the Photo.
Edit Aspect Ratio of a Photo:
To Edit aspect
ratio of a photo on your iPhone like 16:9, 10:8, 7:5, 4:3, 5:3, 3:2, square
or freeform follow the steps,
- Select the photo and click the edit option to edit. Click the Crop option on the edit mode and now you can see a rectangle shape icon place second from the right on the top right area, click to select that option to reset the aspect ratio of the Photo. Suppose you are going to convert the aspect ratio into 16:9 click the 16:9 option to change and also you can roll over the photo and select which area to be covered.
- If you would like to edit the aspect ratio 9:16 instead of 16:9 select the rectangle shape options placed below the photo. And you can use it vice versa.
